Share and collaborate
Edit a drawing together in real time, with members or with guests who have no account.
Everyone in a drawing sees the cursors and edits of the others as they happen. Follow mode lets you watch a collaborator’s view.
Private drawings
Open a drawing and use Share. A drawing has one share link, and everyone who opens it can edit, live. Choose who can open it:
| Audience | Who can open the link |
|---|---|
| Members of this instance | Visitors must sign in first. This is the default |
| Anyone with the link | No account needed. Guests pick a display name |
Team drawings
Members already have access to Team drawings. The Share dialog copies a link for them, and it can create a guest link for people outside the instance. Anyone with a guest link can edit, live, with no account.
Stopping or regenerating a guest link sends only the guests away. Members stay in the drawing.
Manage a link
- Stop sharing deletes the link.
- Regenerate link replaces the link. The old URL stops working.
A dead link looks the same in every case. It does not reveal whether the drawing exists.
Limits
- A live drawing has 25 seats. One seat is kept for the owner.
- An image can be up to 2 MB, and a drawing can store up to 20 MB of images. Other people see a placeholder for an image that is refused.
- Guests do not see the Team library.
